The concept of the Borden Park Project is to rehabilitate the historic Borden Building (875 E. Ashby) for office and commercial use. The site area totals 5.1 acres and there is a storage complex that will be demolished and replaced with approximately 350 multifamily apartments, with a parking structure at the lower levels.
